Aasleagh Falls Cottage and Aasleagh Fjord Cottage

The original Aasleagh Cottage was virtually demolished and two new cottages were constructed. Aasleagh Cottages are spacious cottages situated at the top of the Killary Fjord with unrivalled views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The perfect retreat for anglers, hill walkers, tourists or just to "get away from it all". Built on the Aasleagh Estate with direct access to the Erriff River, Aasleagh Falls and Aasleagh Lodge.

The Cottages are spacious, comfortable and finished to an approved 4 star quality rating. They are equipped with timber fires, two ensuite bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and a large dining area. There is also a garden and patio with BBQ facilities. Breathtaking views of the Killary Fjord from the lounge, thus guests will not be disappointed. A perfect base for touring Connemara.

Onsite and local activities include: Salmon and Sea Trout Angling, Sea Angling, Hill Walking, Golf, Painting and Cycling. Welcome pack is available in the cottages and the staff in Aasleagh Lodge can provide information to all activities.

Directions:
From Westport: Take the N59 for 19 miles, turn right at the Delphi/Louisburgh Road. The cottages are situated 50mtrs on the right.

From Leenane: Take the N59 for 2 miles, turn left at the Delphi/Louisburgh Road. The cottages are situated 50mtrs on the right.

2011 Rates:

January - May:            €350 per week

June - September:       €600 per week

Oct - December:         €350 per week

Electricity Extra and payable on departure.

50% Deposits are required upon acceptance of booking and are non refundable. Balance payable one month in advance of arrival date. Short term breaks may be considered outside the high season.
